The renovation of the Seitz Building was conceived by an award-winning
team of developers, architects, and real estate professionals who came
together to develop a new, innovative form of housing in the Village of
Skaneateles to provide luxury, lakefront housing for those people who
want to enjoy the Lake but don’t have the time nor the ability for home
maintenance. This easy lifestyle is particularly appealing to
second-home owners and vacationers but also appeals to retirees who want
to downsize from a single-family, free-standing home. With the
lack of any other options in Skaneateles, the vision to redevelop the
Seitz Building was born!
Built in 1822, the Seitz Building has long
been a landmark of the Village of Skaneateles. The ground
floor of the building features two eateries and three high-end
boutiques including:
-
Kabuki, fine Japanese cuisine
-
Skaneateles 300', Women's shoes
and essentials boutique
-
5 On Jordan, A
men's Clothes & Essentials Shoppe
-
The Hitching Post, greeting cards and
Skaneateles boutique
The development team is strengthened by the varied experience of each of
its professional members. Over the past thirty years, the
development team, led by
Emanon Equities
and strengthened by the luxury home design experience of
Ramsgard
Architectural Design and the sales experience of
Williams
Realty, has been responsible for the construction and sales of over
2,000 homes and dozens of award-wining condominium communities
throughout New York State. Members of the team have been
responsible for the construction and subsequent maintenance of over
1,000,000 square feet of commercial space in the Northeast as well.
